How do I know if my guitar will fit in my gig bag?
Dear Jean Guitar Clothing is originally designed for the classic Dreadnought, the most common type of acoustic guitars. Other kinds of guitar models may not have as perfect fit, for example the smaller Folk size, but they’ll still fit and they’ll be well dressed. However, the Jumbo size requires a larger custom fit - please contact us at info@dearjean.com for more information on customized guitar cases.
My guitar hardly fits in the case. It is very tight even though I have a Dreadnought with the right size?
Dear Jean Guitar Clothing is made of real leather. The gig bag is supposed to be tight in the beginning, like a new pair of jeans. Within a few days it will adapt to your guitars body perfectly.
What if I am not satisfied with the gig bag when I receive it?
No problem, if you return the Guitar Clothing within 30 days you will have your money back provided that the returned Dear Jean gig bag is in mint condition packed in original wrapping upon arrival.
Will the gig bag protect my guitar?
Yes, it will. Dear Jean Guitar Clothing is made of real durable leather. The clothing will protect you guitar from rain and other rough factors such as wild tours. Still, it’s a gig bag and not a hard case.
Can I travel with my guitar?
Dear Jean Guitar Clothing is easy to carry and perfect to travel with. However, if you know that your guitar will be put under a lot of pressure, for example during a flight, you better put it with it’s clothes in an additional flight case or bring it with your cabin luggage.
